17 May

0630 Need color guard in Marshalltown, step off at 0630 at Best Western in Marshalltown

0730 Young Eagles flying experience at Marshalltown Airport. Cadets and parents can meet and take an orientation airplane flight sponsored by Marshalltown EAA. Uniform of the Day is working whites for Sea Cadets and summer dress uniform for League Cadets. All cadets flying must have a signed parental permission and release form before participating. Forms will be available that day at the Marshalltown Airport (located 4 miles north of town on Highway 14) or I can email you a form.

0745 SCUBA CADETS: Meet at MHS west side parking lot for SCUBA open water dives. Those who live closer to Ames can report there but must contact me for directions. All dive gear is needed and travel uniform is gray unit t-shirt and appropriate shorts or trousers.

0800 Meet at Wal-Mart parking lot in Newton. We need 25 SEA CADETS for traffic control service at the Iowa Speedway. Uniform is camouflage utilities. The unit will make $ for this service. Please help support the unit and help it sustain itself financially. Parents can volunteer as well.
